L.O.L Fanfiction teaser"You'll never learn anything from that game" my mother scold, rolling her eyes, as she stood behind me, as she grabbed my headphones, as she ripped them off. "One more match of that stupid game of yours, then you're off" She told me, as I turned my head away from the computer screen, glaring at her.
"You could have asked nicely, and not rip my darn headphones off my ears!" I said, wishing looks could kill at the moment. Rolling her eyes, she turned away from me and the computer desk as she walked away. Shacking my head, I sighed, putting my headphones back on, as I finished up my match, winning the game. Smiling softly, I told everyone good game, and then left the chat. Dragging my mouse over the game lobby, I clicked down on the great big red button, saying 'PLAY' that glows a soft yellow color. Something popped up, but, thinking its telling me that it found a match for me, I hit 'play now'
I now regret that.
Everything went black for me, I couldn't see anything, I couldn't even move!
Her CatalystAs she walks through the maelstrom, the words trace upon the tips of her fingers and press into the stone. Every brick, every crack in the concrete, every crossed and angular stroke in reds and blacks and oranges. The drips of the gasoline pool around the base of her boots, slosh as she steps over the burst pipes and the rubble.
So much rubble. So little outcry. The silence of the city grates on her eardrums and the mantras she'd been forced to memorize. The Seers demanded they observe thirteen years of recitation before they attempt to weave their first World together.
But who other than the Seers can claim the incantations that knot the skeins they twist and pull on like reins hold fast? When have any of the Sisters recorded the visions they traced upon space-time and recited them, left them open for critique and discussion and debate?
